Is your mobile suddenly using more data than usual?

Is your phone suddenly using a lot more data lately?

The reason could be that your friends at Facebook have changed your streaming settings without asking you and started streaming video content automatically while you scroll!

The result is up to 5 times more data is used than normal. We've already seen some nasty bills come in for some companies especially while on holiday!

So our advice?

We are advising customers to switch it off so it only auto starts if you are connected to wifi.
You can do this in your Facebook settings.
